4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• No withdrawal will be processed until identity verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kv33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to the use of this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The list of games excluded from wagering calculations is subject to change.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to gain strategic advantage is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• kv33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated.

6.1 Game Play Conditions

• All games have their own rules, which must be read before starting a game.
• If a technical error causes a game result to be uncertain, that round may be voided.
